Code of Conduct & Guideline

You are expected to act at all times in accordance with the principles of Islam as laid down in the Holy Qur’an, Sharia and in accordance to the Sunnah of our Beloved Prophet (P.B.U.H) and conducive to the responsibilities expected of the position of teacher.

1.  No teachers/ Volunteers are allowed to take a holiday before the exam season, and also before parents evening.

2.  Not to sit at the academy teacher’s desk, unless you are using the computer screen.

3.  Take pictures and inform the manager immediately if you find the classroom untidy.

4. Make sure that the classroom is tidy before and after leaving the classroom.

5.  Attendance must be taken before lesson and non-uniform and late comers must be recorded.

6.  All children must be escorted by their teachers up to the exit door, not before 7.00 pm.

7.  You are required to greet each other during the working hours.

8.   You are required to mark exam papers in school. If you wish to mark exam papers outside school, you must take permission from the management. Losing exam papers will result in instant dismissal.

9.  Marking and filling in progress reports on the computer system should be done three days prior to the parent’s evening.

10.  It is your responsibility to look after IT equipment, stationery or other types of belongings which have been given to you. Any loss or damage that takes place due to your negligence, will lead to you being liable.
